Bounce Back! New and important guidelines regarding the re-opening of The Bounce House!

Update: From 19th July 2021, The Bounce House's capacity will increase in-line with the latest guidelines from HM Government.

We will, however, be insisting that all customers not bouncing continue to wear face coverings. This is to ensure that our customers and staff are protected as much as possible.

Non-bouncing customers without adequate face coverings will not be permitted entry.

  • Any age participants, however and adult should participate with any under 5’s
  • No spectators within the Bounce House – parents and guardians can sit in the upstairs seating area where the trampoline park is visible via CCTV, although there will also be outdoor seating available.
  • With the exclusion of using the trampoline facilities, face coverings to be worn whilst inside at all times.
  • ALL bookings must be made online, we will be unable to offer bookings in person.
  • No more than 16 participants in one session
  • Keep at least 1m away from other parties and staff at all times!
  • Wash your hands before entry, and at reasonable points throughout your stay
  • Follow all signposts and staff instructions.
